    • Free Shipping is only for addresses located in the Continental USA.

    • Each item's warranty is stated in the item details.  We perform warranty repairs on select products.
    • If your item requires warranty service, please take it to a local factory certified service center or contact the manufactuer as provided in your product manual.
    • Some items carry a parts only warranty.  We will provide you with replacement parts on these items during the warranty period.  Any labor charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.  It may take up to 30 days to supply replacement parts covered under warranty.

    We accept product returns subject to the following conditions.

    • Any unused product still in the original packaging may be returned within 3 days of receipt. 
    • Any freight costs to return the product are the responsibility of the customer. 
    • You must call 1-800-421-3815 and request an RMA number. 
    • Any return shipment without a valid RMA number will be refused.
    • After we receive your return, we will inspect the product to confirm it is in new condition. 
    • After confirming the return's condition we will process your refund. 
    • No refunds will be provided on original shipping charges.
    • Please inspect your product for damages before accepting delivery from the shipping company. 
    • If the product was damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with shipping company.
    • No returns requests will be accepted after 3 days from item receipt for any reason.
